Rose Bandung Lychee Twist - Episode 3
Recipe:
Ingredients:
½ cup of Dried Roses (Rose Kering)
3 cups of Boiling Water
4 cups of Sugar
1 can of Evaporated Milk (Susu Cair)
1 can of Lychee in Syrup
Step 1 – Making Rose Syrup:
1) In a jug, add in dried roses.
2) Add in hot water, & let it rest overnight in a fridge.
3) Strain the rose into a pot, & bring to a boil.
4) Add in sugar.
5) Let it simmer for 10 min.
Step 2 – Making Lychee-Flavoured Milk :
1) In a different pot, add in evaporated milk & lychee juice.
2) Bring to a boil.
Serve in a glass,
1st Layer – Rose Syrup
2nd Layer – Cendol
3rd Layer – Lychee
4th Layer – Basil Seeds
5th Layer – Lychee-Flavoured Milk
Top with Rose Petal, & DONE!
